BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

 RE-SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

We will gladly reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the original service time. Any cancellations or rescheduling within our 24 hour window will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done through your email confirmation or by calling 310.359.6602 during regular business hours.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

We respectfully ask that clients arrive no later than 15 minutes to their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals are assessed a $50 late fee and full cancellation of their appointment.

 

NO-SHOWS

Clients who no-show without notice are automatically charged 100% of the total service cost.
